Questions

Does Vyma remind me when a client owes me money?

Yes. When you mention something a client promised with a date, like “she'll pay the deposit by Friday,” Vyma saves it under Waiting on and reminds you to follow up when it's due. Your own promises get a reminder before they're due, and anything without a date shows up in your weekly briefing.

Do I need to sign up?

No. Open the app and start logging client conversations straight away. Link an email when you want your records to move with you to a new phone.

Is Vyma a CRM?

Not in the heavy sense. There are no pipelines, forms or data entry. Vyma is a memory for your client conversations: you say what happened, and it keeps track of who owes what, in both directions.

Is my data private?

Your records are isolated to your account. To pull out action items, deadlines and money, the text of your note is sent securely to Anthropic's Claude AI, without your email or account details. Vyma shows no ads and never sells your data. You can ask for everything to be deleted from Menu → Account in the app.

How much does Vyma cost?

Vyma is free for up to 5 clients and 10 AI captures a month. Pro removes the limits for $9.99 a month or $79.99 a year, and starts with a free trial. Capture packs start at $2.99 if you only need more captures for a busy month.

Is there an iPhone version?
