Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Vyma, a mobile app that helps you capture and remember client interactions and reminds you of what's due. By using Vyma, you agree to these terms. Vyma is built and operated by a single independent developer, not a company.
The service
Vyma lets you capture a client interaction by voice or text, extracts the relevant details (client, project, deadline, money mentioned) automatically, and reminds you before a commitment is due. It is a memory and reminder tool, not a substitute for your own professional judgment, contracts, or financial record-keeping.
Eligibility — not intended for children
Vyma is not directed at, or intended for use by, children under 13. If you are under the age required by your country to agree to these terms on your own, do not use Vyma.
Subscriptions and billing
- Free tier — up to 5 active clients, 10 AI captures per month, and 30 days of history, at no cost.
- Vyma Pro — $9.99/month, with a 7-day free trial, unlocking unlimited clients, unlimited captures, and unlimited history.
- Capture packs — optional one-time purchases of additional AI captures (e.g. ~25 for ~$2.99, ~50 for ~$4.99). These are consumable purchases, not a subscription, and prices may change.
All billing, auto-renewal, trial management, cancellation, and refunds are handled entirely through Google Play's own billing system — not directly by Vyma. Your Pro subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it in advance through Google Play. To cancel, manage your trial, or request a refund, use Google Play's subscription management, not Vyma's app or support email — we have no ability to process billing changes or refunds ourselves.
Acceptable use
Use Vyma lawfully and don't attempt to circumvent the free-tier limits, interfere with the service, or use it to store or transmit content you don't have the right to share.
No warranty
Vyma is provided "as is." AI-extracted details (deadlines, amounts, next actions) can be wrong — always verify anything important against your own notes or records before relying on it. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vyma and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including missed deadlines or reminders. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
Account termination and data deletion
You may stop using Vyma at any time. To request deletion of your account and data, see the Privacy Policy's deletion section. We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these terms.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use Vyma after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
