Delete your Vyma account and data
From the app
Open Vyma, go to Settings → Account, and tap Delete account & data. This opens an email with your account ID already filled in. Send it as-is.
Without the app
If you've uninstalled Vyma, email the address below with the subject "Vyma account deletion request" and include the email address you signed up with. If you never signed up with an email, we can only identify your account through the in-app request above.

What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in email
- All clients, captures (voice and text transcripts), extracted details and reminders
- Your capture-pack balance and subscription record in Vyma
Deletion is permanent and is completed within 30 days of your request. Server logs and crash reports, which never contain your transcripts or client records, expire on their own retention schedule.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a Vyma Pro subscription. Google Play handles billing, so cancel it first in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
